昼過ぎまで家で諸処の雑務をこなして夕方センターが閉まる前に水泳。１時間程泳いでクタクタになった。最近の中では一番長い距離を泳いだ気がする。閉店直前のウェイトローズにいって、食材を購入。いつも使っているセインズベリーズには申し訳ないのだが、ここと比較すると、商品自体の質や凛冽のされ方など天と地の差だ。そこまで値段も変わらない。同じものだって沢山売っている。それだったら清潔で綺麗に整頓されたこちらの方が断然いいにきまっている。T宅にしばらくお邪魔し、テレビ番組を観せてもらった。ところで、ブリティッシュスラングでテレビはなんというでしょうか。正解はtellyでした。夜帰宅。
