Completion of the week. When I came back to flat, I got an envelop from DVLA which enclosed a my driving license. What is surprising is that they actually sent the license within 2 weeks time. Amazing license. Having this card, I can drive everywhere in EU region. And I can use this as an identity card instead of Passport from now on. It was yesterday that I sent my passport to Visa agency, so its really good timing.
今週も無事に仕事が終わった。家に帰ってくるとDVLAから封筒が届いていた。イギリスなのに約束の時間をきちんと守るものなんだなーあと、感心しながら免許証を眺める。２週間程で届いた。驚異的な免許だ。これ一枚あればEU圏であればどこでも運転できる。パスポート不在中のアイデンティティカードにもなる。ちょうど昨日、パスポートをビザエージェンシーへと手放したところだったので都合がいい。それにしても、写真からみてのとおり、５０年間も有効なのだろうか。。。
