非常に寒くなってきた。仕事の後、リージェンツパークを抜ける。夏だったなら、日中の様に明るいのに真っ暗だ。かろうじて道が見え程暗く、迷ってしまうかと思った。公園を抜けて１ヶ月ぶりのカイロプラクティック。今日がとりあえず最後だった。体の具合はだいぶんに良くなったが、これからも毎月１回は診てもらう事にした。最後だったから、全身の骨がボキボキなって、体が一気に軽くなった。
