Tuesday, a quiet day. Constantly gazing at the screen amending drawings. My lunchtime, at Camden market was with spaghetti. There are others chooses like falafel, or thai food. Today there were many people queuing in front of the shop. So pasta. Any shops managed by director level, are quite fast serving food and quite rhythmical they prepare. Sort of performance.
火曜日、実に静かな平日。ひたすらパソコンに向かって図面の修正。昼はカムデンのマーケットで立ち食いスパゲティ。フランシスコとイタリア人の友人は２人とも前の石垣に座ってファラフェルを食べていた。僕もいつも فلافل / ファラフェル（本ブログアラビア語初登場）を食べるのだが今日は結構並んでいたので、人が少なかったパスタへ。ファラフェルか、タイか、このパスタ。全部出店だ。どの店も「店主」は手際が良く、客をまわすのが上手だ。فلافل / ファラフェルの巻き方なんか極端だが芸当の域だ。
