June. It will be busy and feel like i am facing to the time of change.Secretly expecting something. A high school student came to our office today. It is a part of program experiencing professional. It must be first time to work for student and being at architect's firm must be still more new. I was gazing into the student who seems to be bit nervous, worried and humbled. Monday easy job on display, Tuesday making models, Wednesday writing report at site, this sort of program is prepared by our office which would be good experience for the student. Just 2 weeks, but i want student to enjoy it and stimulate the future.
BTW, today's steamed rice was amazingly tasty. I don't know why but maybe its because of amount of water. It was perfect I assume.
６月に入った。気温高く、湿気無しのカラカラ気候。本格的に夏入りしたようです。今月は忙しくなるだろう、それに変化の月になると思う。期待したい。さっそく仕事環境が変わった。事務所に高校生がやってきた。仕事経験をするためのプログラムだそうだ。働くこと自体初めてかも知れないし、ましてや建築事務所で仕事なんてのは初めてのことだろう。緊張しなくても良いのに、かしこまって初々しいなあとデスクから横目で眺めながら思った。月曜日はパソコン上の簡単な作業、火曜日は模型造り、水曜日は現場でのレポート等、飽きない楽しいプログラムを事務所で組んであげているようだ。２週間という短い間だけれども建築の楽しさが伝わると良いな。
余談ではあるが、今日炊いた米が旨かった。水の分量がバッチリだったに違いない。それに間違って蛇口からお湯がでて米を洗ったから、もしかしたらそれも影響しているのかも知れない。。。
